LYTERS
Lyters, known personally as Tyler, was born and raised in the four corners area in Aztec, New Mexico and moved to the Bay Area in 2022. After doing a custom mural for Black and Blue Tattoo in 2024, Lyters started an apprenticeship and was mentored by the owner Idexa Stern.
Lyters has specialized in painting and digital designs since 2020 but loves working with people directly, as only tattooing allows them to create such personal and meaningful art. Their pieces are drawn digitally and/or directly on the skin, allowing for a custom collaboration.
As a tattoo artist, they love working in various styles of Blackwork such as Abstract, Ornamental and American Traditional.
