Vic is from Placerville California . He spent the majority of his free time drawing or hiking in the Sierra foothills. Vic learned to draw at a very young age and loved to paint along with Bob Ross on PBS.

Victor was apprenticed by Flora Cloud of Gypsy Tattoo in Placerville California where he was taught tattooing as an art form, rather than a trade.
